Phase 1 - Getting to know each other
After you schedule an initial zoom call, we'll discuss whether we're a great fit for each other! We'll also talk to you about the ways we work, our contract, and what you hope to achieve with your project!
Phase 2 - Meet at your hive
Once we decide to move forward together, we will come to your home to take pictures, talk about your inspiration images and loves/hates. We'll take measurements for architectural and furniture drawings.
Phase 3 - Present the Plan
Based on our initial meeting at your home, we'll create the furniture layout for your approval. This can take about 6-8 weeks depending on how complex your space is.
Phase 4 - Voila! The Design
Once we have approval of the furniture plans, we're off and running! This step can take 2-3 months, depending on the size and scope of the project. During this time, we're running like Busy Bees to the Design Center, to showrooms, meeting with reps, all to create the most personal design for your aesthetic. We will present the full design to you, all-encompassing (from furniture to art, from rugs to lamps).
Phase 5 - Let's get ordering!
Once the design is approved, we're off and ordering. Our unique procurement team then assists by placing orders and tracking each item along the way. We are getting weekly updates on timelines, backorders (yes, they do happen!). This is the hardest part for most clients - we know you're so excited, but this process can take several months to complete.
Phase 6 - Reveal
Once everything is sitting in our receiving facility and has been fully inspected, we will coordinate the white glove delivery and install. We also use that time to bring in our stylist to add the finishing touches! (A very important process that we require on each and every project!)
